How to get here
You can easily reach us by any means of transport. The tramway stop Westbahnstraße is just outside our hotel, the train station Westbahnhof is only a few minutes by foot. There is also a bus connection between Westbahnhof and Vienna Airport (VAB 1) that runs every 30 minutes almost around the clock.
If you are travelling by car, we can offer you a parking space in a public garage directly at the hotel at the reduced price of €19,00 per night. Please note that you will need to purchase the ticket from reception in advance to receive this discount. If you are driving an electric vehicle, there is a charging station just around the corner.
Check-in & Check-out
Our reception is open from 07:00 to 23:00, check-in is possible from 15:00 to 23:00. If you plan on arriving after 23:00, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a self-check-in for you.
On the day of your departure, please check out until 11:30.
Hotel Garni
Please note that Hotel Kaffeemühle is a so-called Hotel Garni. Therefore, we do not offer lunch or dinner at the hotel. We do, however, provide a rich breakfast buffet every day from 7:00 to 11:00 at €15,00 per person per day (€7,50 for children between 6 and 12, free for children under 6).
Our staff will be more than happy to recommend restaurants and cafés near your accommodation if you want to experience the famous cuisine in Vienna city for yourself.

Many sights (such as the Spittelberg, the MuseumsQuartier or the popular shopping street Mariahilfer Straße) are within walking distance of the hotel. Thanks to our good connection to the public transport network, most importantly our proximity to the Westbahnhof, the other major attractions are easily accessible, too. From the train station, you can take the underground lines U3 and U6 as well as trams 5, 6, 9, 18, 52 and 60. Tram line 5 even stops right outside the hotel.
